Dr. Samir Nayyar has been placing implants since before flapless was
mainstream in India. Starting with conventional flap-based surgery, he
transitioned to flapless 2-piece implants in 2010 — and moved fully to
one-piece flapless protocols in 2016, accumulating 1,000+ implants placed
without raising a single flap.
Based in Jalandhar, Punjab, Dr. Nayyar runs active clinical practice across
Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Delhi, and Mumbai — bringing the same minimally invasive
philosophy to his broader practice in Biofunctional Dentistry and Medical Ozone

Dr. Priyanka has been working alongside Dr. Samir Nayyar since 2019,
training and practising at his clinic in Jalandhar. She has trained directly
under the DrPinhole protocol and has been actively practising flapless
implant placement as part of her clinical routine.
Her value to this community goes beyond co-direction — she has lived the
transition that every joining dentist is about to make. The learning curve,
the first independent flapless case, the shift in clinical confidence —
she has experienced all of it firsthand.
As Co-Director, Dr. Priyanka leads peer-to-peer case discussions, supports
